Todd Morrison
Founding Member
Todd's marketing, graphics, web development and consulting services is a strong asset to iTrip. With over 17 years of experience as a professional photographer and graphic designer, Todd’s clients include Adobe Systems, Epson USA, Mainstar Media and First Chase. Todd is able to showcase properties with the skill and style they deserve. Morrison’s top priority is creating innovative systems for maximizing the exposure of rental properties on the web.
Steve Presley
Founding Member
Steve has been buying, selling, managing and building real estate for over 30 years. Over the last 12 years, Presley has participated in the marketing, purchasing and selling of some 3,000 pre-construction properties worth $1.5 billion. He has personally bought and sold $10 million worth of preconstruction properties and has owned beach condos in rental programs for over 15 years.
For 20-plus years, Presley has owned a real estate management company, specializing in single-family houses and beachfront resort condominiums. He has also owned a construction company that built custom homes and spec houses.
Previously, Steve worked in corporate America for a fortune 500 company, and was President and CEO of a 200 million dollar operation prior to retiring at 42.
Thomas Bissmeyer

Tom has been involved in the real estate industry from commercial development to investment condos and vacation rentals for over 24 years. Along with Steve Presley, Tom has participated in the selling hundreds of millions of dollars in resort properties from Florida to Mexico. Bissmeyer has both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Finance and spent the early part of his professional career working for an international accounting and consulting firm. Previously, Tom worked for a large real estate development company in the Midwest where his responsibilities included financing over $100 million in properties on a annual basis. Tom's ability to develop and lead large teams of independent representatives comes from working for almost 10 years with an international distribution company where his team developed and opened several international markets throughout Asia and the South Pacific. During this time there were over 10,000 independent representatives under Tom's leadership.

Lars Anderson
Director of Training
Lars is an accomplished marketing and business development executive. He has worked predominantly in high tech, building teams and entering new markets by making key acquisitions and partner alliances. In his tenures as a Marketing Communications Manager at Hewlett Packard and a Director of Marketing at Mentor Graphics Corporation, Lars has controlled marketing budgets in excess of $2 million. He led sales training events worldwide, managed product line marketing communication functions, including sales communication, training, internet marketing, and advertising and press relations. As Director of Marketing for Mentor Graphics Corporation in Oregon, he doubled order volume from $7.8 million to $15 million for his product line. As the Business Development Director of European Sales for Mentor Graphics, he architected and led a new team responsible for first year sales of over $10 million in an emerging automotive electronics design market.
Lars has spent a considerable amount of his career living and working abroad, gaining a global perspective on creating effective worldwide sales channels, training, coaching, and leading teams of sales professionals. He and his family have travelled extensively and have owned and managed vacation properties in Bend, Oregon, Upper Michigan and Steamboat Springs, Colorado and have utilized vacation properties in dozens of locations world-wide. An avid traveler, sportsman and former ski and bike racer, he knows the importance of “mixing it up” on the road to building a successful business.
